Redevelopment experience includes: 

• Currently managing a design/build project for the redevelopment of a national historic building that includes assembling the various professional disciplines to meet the needs of a 503(c) foundation owner and maintain tax increment financing for the project.
• Review real estate portfolios to determine environmental liabilities.  Reviewed environmental investigation reports to develop remediation cost estimates and identify liability for the current and former industrial sites throughout the United States. 
• Developed multiple cost scenarios for the liability transfer and remediation of a former manufacturing complex in Southern California.
• Identify future redevelopment potentials of former landfill sites in the Midwest and East.
• Developed remedial costs for a multi-site property transfer in Virginia and West Virginia for a former equipment manufacturer.
• Manage the environmental remediations of multiple industrial sites throughout the US for a Chicago based holding company.
 
Mr. Fitzpatrick also led a fast tracked design/build project for an air pollution control system to prevent the shutdown of a manufacturing facility.  The project required coordination of the various stakeholders including the owner, regulatory agencies, design engineer, equipment manufacturer and installation contractor.  The project was successfully delivered two months ahead of schedule, within the project budget with the plant remaining in production.  Additionally, Mr. Fitzpatrick provided energy consulting services, plant modifications and continues to provide environmental compliance management services for this facility.

Mr. Fitzpatrick has led several large scale government procurements (+$100M) managing
the proposal efforts with multidisciplinary staffs and select service/technology partners.  The proposals were consistently awarded superior technical ratings by the contracting agencies based on the proposed work plans.  He has also developed and implemented programmatic services for clients in the power, process, electronic, food and industrial markets for systems integration, water use/reuse, contract operations water and wastewater. 

Mr. Fitzpatrick led the development of the construction arm of a large engineering firm focused on industrial, environmental, power and federal markets.  The strategic plans for this work included alliance partners, project procurement and project implementation with a strong client focus.
